Tinapa is a traditional Filipino delicacy consisting of smoked fish. At TinapaIsLife, we use premium catch, brining it to perfection before smoking it with aromatic wood chips to ensure a deep, savory flavor.
How long does the fish stay fresh during shipping?
We use vacuum-sealed packaging and temperature-controlled shipping methods to maintain freshness. Once received, unopened vacuum-sealed packs can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
Where do you ship your products?
Currently, we ship nationwide. We take extra care in logistics to ensure that our smoked fish reaches your doorstep within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Are there any preservatives added to your products?
Our Tinapa is made using traditional smoking and salting methods which act as natural preservatives. We do not add any artificial chemicals or nitrates to our fish.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full refund or replacement.
